Terms of service.
These terms govern use of xaish.com, the tools, the $10k security subscription, and Paynnt. Updated .
By creating an account, clicking accept, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable use policy, the Privacy notice, and the Cookie notice. If you use Xaish for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
The service
Xaish is a software platform: 125 AI tools (security tools on the paid tier; payment tools free with Paynnt), a website, an API, and Paynnt (Solana USDC / SOL). Tool output is decision support, not legal, financial, tax, compliance, or security advice, and not a guarantee that a system is safe.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for the workspace, API keys, and anyone you invite. Notify us if you believe the account is compromised. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or the AUP.
Subscription and fees
- Payment tools and Paynnt are free to use, subject to per-transaction fees described on Pricing ($0.30 per transfer, $0.50 per other Paynnt service, unless we state otherwise).
- Security tools require an active $10,000/month subscription (Stripe or Paynnt USDC). Without it, those endpoints return HTTP 402.
- Stripe subscriptions renew monthly until canceled in the billing portal. Paynnt crypto subscriptions follow the period shown in the product; auto-renew is opt-in.
- Fees are prepaid and, except where law requires otherwise, non-refundable. Taxes are yours.
Paynnt and crypto
The public Paynnt rail on this service is Solana devnet unless we explicitly mark a deployment as mainnet. Devnet tokens have no cash value. Server-custody wallets are encrypted at rest; loss of the vault key can make those wallets unrecoverable. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. We are not a bank, broker, or licensed money transmitter. Do not send mainnet value to a devnet address.
AI tools
Submissions are sent to Anthropic as described in the Privacy notice. Results can be wrong, incomplete, or unsafe to apply blindly. Offensive and dual-use tools (pentest planning, exploit research, attack batteries, malware analysis) may be used only as allowed by the AUP — systems you own or are authorized to test.
Daily caps apply: 3 anonymous preview runs per IP, 50 per free workspace, 500 per subscriber workspace, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your content
You retain rights in what you paste. You grant us a limited license to process it to run the tools and operate the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable use policy. We may suspend access immediately for violations, including unauthorized scanning or use that creates legal risk for us or others.
Intellectual property
Xaish, the catalog, and the site are ours or our licensors'. These Terms do not transfer any of that. You may not scrape the service to train competing models or resell access without a written partner agreement.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free output, or that tools will find every issue.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xaish and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law allows.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Xaish and its operators against claims arising from your content, your use of the tools (including against systems you were not authorized to test), your Paynnt transfers, or your breach of these Terms or the AUP.
Termination
You may close the account via /contact. We may suspend or terminate for AUP or Terms violations, non-payment, or if we stop offering the service. Provisions that should survive (fees owed, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any subscription.
Contact and disputes
legal@xaish.com. Informal resolution first. If a dispute remains, it will be resolved in the state or federal courts of the operator's principal place of business, under the laws of that place, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
